Some things earn their place in the bag.
At Birdie Birdie, we’re interested in the point where golf culture, design and performance meet. We love the history of the game, but we’re not interested in nostalgia for nostalgia’s sake. The best things in golf respect what came before while finding a better way forward.

That’s what drew us to L.A.B. Golf.
L.A.B. stands for Lie Angle Balance. The idea behind the technology is surprisingly simple: traditional putters create torque during the stroke, requiring the golfer to make small corrections to return the face square. L.A.B. designed its putters to reduce that torque and keep the face square to the arc of the stroke.
In other words, less fighting the putter. More attention on line, pace and feel.
But technology alone isn’t why we brought L.A.B. to Birdie Birdie.
We like products with a point of view.
L.A.B. looked at one of the most traditional pieces of equipment in golf and questioned a basic assumption about how it should work. The result doesn’t always look conventional—and that’s part of what makes it interesting. The shapes are driven by an idea rather than simply by what a putter is expected to look like.
There’s also an obsessive approach to fit. L.A.B. putters can be built around an individual golfer’s length and lie angle, with the company balancing each custom putter specifically to those specifications.

That combination of purpose, engineering and individuality feels very Birdie Birdie.
We started Birdie Birdie because we love golf, but also because we think the world around golf can be more interesting. Old photographs next to new equipment. Tradition next to experimentation. Beautiful objects that are meant to be used, not simply admired.
L.A.B. fits naturally into that world.
They’re different. They’re considered. And most importantly, they make you want to get out on the green and putt.
L.A.B. putters are now at Birdie Birdie, Montauk.
